What a room costs at Jones Motel, and what the rest of Twin Falls publishes

Studios from $325 a week, rented by the week. Our single and double rooms nearby are back by the night, subject to availability.

A studio at Jones Motel, 660 Main Ave N, is $325 a week. That is the only rate published for this address, because the studio is the only room type here and it is sold by the week.

This page puts that number next to every other weekly rate published in Twin Falls, including the two rival rates that come in under it.

Every competitor figure below was read off that business's own website on September 23, 2026, and the chain figures are live booking quotes rather than a rate card. Those numbers move. Check theirs before you decide anything.

What a studio costs at this address

$325 a week. Studio is the only room type at 660 Main Ave N, and the studio is sold by the week. There is no nightly studio rate here, and none at the other eleven buildings New Leaf Properties runs in Twin Falls either. The week is the unit this room is sold in, and there is no per night price to quote for it.

Our other buildings include singles and doubles. A single is $250 a week, which is $35.71 a day, and a double is $275 a week, which is $39.29 a day, paid weekly. Both are back by the night, subject to availability: $65 for a single and $75 for a double. Neither room is at this address. If that is the room you want, the section further down says which of our buildings is closest to this one and how long it takes to walk there.

The four businesses in Twin Falls that publish a weekly rate

Four lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish a weekly rate that we could find. Here is what each one’s own website said for its Twin Falls location on September 23, 2026, when we read all four again.

BusinessWeekly rate as publishedWhat their site says
Jones Motel, studio$325Our own published rate, sold by the week only.
Canyon Springs Extended Stay$295"As low as $295 a week!" on their site. Their FAQ also lists $1,100 a month.
Motel 6 Twin Falls$322Their booking engine showed $46 a night as a weekly rate with a 7-night minimum for a September 23, 2026 check in. Seven nights at that rate is $322. It is a quote for a date, not a rate card.
Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay$360 or $480Page titles say $360 a week. Body copy and the FAQ say $480 a week. Both were live on the same day.

Read from each business’s own website on September 23, 2026. These are their numbers, not ours. Any of them can change a price the day after we looked, so check with them before you decide on the strength of this table.

Jones Motel sells studios only, at $325 a week, and that is not the lowest week in town: Canyon Springs publishes $295 and Motel 6’s booking engine quoted $322 for a week from a September 23 check in. The lowest week we run is our $250 single, at nine of our other addresses, and it was the lowest of those four weekly rates on September 23, 2026.

Blue Lakes Inn needs explaining rather than picking. Their visible copy and their FAQ say $480 a week, while every page title and meta description on the site says $360 a week, so $360 is the figure a search result shows. We print both.

All three sit on Blue Lakes Blvd N: Canyon Springs at 1357, Motel 6 at 1472, Blue Lakes Inn at 952.

What our week works out to per day

Drive north on Blue Lakes Boulevard looking for a room by the week and you pass two extended stay motels. Here is what each site publishes for its Twin Falls location and where, read September 23, 2026.

  • Canyon Springs, 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N. Homepage, title tag and meta description: "As Low As $295/Week".
  • Its FAQs: "Weekly rentals start as low as $295 per week", "Monthly rentals begin at $1,100 per month".
  • Blue Lakes Inn, 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N. Body copy: "As low as $480/week!". Title tag and meta description at the same time: "As Low As $360/Week". Its homepage adds "As low as $53/night when you book a month!", and its Rooms and Rates page says "Rates as low as $53 a night!" with no condition attached.
  • Its FAQs: "Weekly rentals start as low as $480 per week", "Monthly rentals begin at $1600 per month".
  • Motel 6, 1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N. Its booking engine, for a September 23, 2026 check in: "$46 /night, Weekly rate (7-night minimum)", which is $322 for seven nights.

Both FAQ pages carry the question "What is the minimum stay?" Canyon Springs answers "We offer both weekly and monthly rentals with flexible terms to accommodate your needs." Blue Lakes Inn answers "We offer both weekly and monthly rentals with flexible terms..." Neither answer states a number of nights. Canyon Springs does not rent by the day or night, only by the week, according to its own FAQ and site (its FAQ also lists a $1,100 month); Blue Lakes Inn's answer does not say it rents by the week only, so we do not say that for Blue Lakes Inn.

New Leaf publishes a single at $250 a week. 250 / 7 = 35.714285..., which is $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. A double is $275 a week, and 275 / 7 = $39.29 a day. A studio is $325 a week, and 325 / 7 = $46.43 a day, paid weekly.

Room or motelPublished ratePer day
New Leaf single$250 a week$35.71
New Leaf double$275 a week$39.29
New Leaf studio$325 a week$46.43, paid weekly
Canyon Springs$295 a week$42.14
Motel 6$322, 7 nights$46.00
Blue Lakes Inn$360 a week$51.43
Blue Lakes Inn$480 a week$68.57

Published weekly rates, read September 23, 2026. Every per day figure is that week divided by seven paid nights. Blue Lakes Inn runs both of its figures at once. Motel 6 is a booking engine quote for a September 23 check in. Of the Twin Falls lodging businesses publishing a weekly rate for their Twin Falls location, $250 was the lowest we read that day.

The single steps down again. A stay of up to 30 days is $1,000. That is a flat price for the stay, so it comes to $33.33 a day only if you use all thirty: 1000 / 30 = 33.333... Thirty days at the week's daily rate would be 250 / 7 x 30 = $1,071.43, and a single stops at $1,000, so a full thirty days saves $71.43; a stay of 7 to 27 nights is priced at $35.71 a day, paid weekly, and 28 to 30 days in a single is $1,000. Canyon Springs publishes $1,100 a month, which is $36.67 a day, and Blue Lakes Inn $1,600 a month, which is $53.33 a day. Theirs renew. Every New Leaf reservation is capped at 30 days, so for a longer stay we are not the right business.

What we are not claiming. We are not saying our studio is the lowest weekly rate: Canyon Springs' $295 week and Motel 6's $322 week are lower. Our single and double rooms nearby are back by the night, subject to availability, and we are not claiming their $65 and $75 beat every nightly price in town either. Canyon Springs Extended Stay does not rent by the day or night, only by the week, at $295 a week, according to its own FAQ and site; its FAQ also lists a $1,100 month. And $35.71 takes seven paid nights, the same way $33.33 takes all thirty days.

Room type decides the address. A single is at nine of our twelve addresses, a double at eight, a studio at nine. Three sell a studio only: 760 Main Ave Extended Stay, 760 Main Ave S; Deluxe Motor Lodge, 761 Main Ave W; Jones Motel, 660 Main Ave N. Twin Falls Motel, 2152 Kimberly Rd, sells a single only. Book on that property’s own site, or call (208) 933-4480.

Where somebody else is cheaper

This address sells studios by the week only. Our single and double rooms nearby are back by the night, subject to availability, at $65 for a single and $75 for a double, before 8% tax. Other places in town sell a single night too: Blue Lakes Inn advertises a lower night than our single, and the Motel 6 quote below is under our double but not our single. We would rather show you their prices than have you find out later.

  • Motel 6 publishes no rack rate. Its booking engine showed $70 a night at the My6 member rate (struck from $80) for a September 23, 2026 check in, plus $6 taxes and fees. That is a quote for one date, and it will read differently tomorrow.
  • Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay, 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N, says "Rates as low as $53 a night!" on its Rooms and Rates page, with no condition attached, and "As low as $53/night when you book a month!" on its homepage.

By the week, a New Leaf single at $250 ($35.71 a day, paid weekly) and double at $275 ($39.29 a day, paid weekly), at our other addresses, come in under every weekly rate we read. Our studio at $325 a week does not: Canyon Springs publishes $295 a week, and Motel 6’s booking engine quoted $46 a night with a 7-night minimum for a September 23 check in, which comes to $322 for the week.

Going the other direction, SureStay by Best Western at 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N showed rates from $127.60 a night for September 23, 2026 and states typical rates from $140; it publishes no weekly or extended stay rate anywhere on its site. That too is a quote for one date rather than a standing price.

All of those were read on each business’s own website on September 23, 2026.

The $250 room is a nine minute walk from this door

Old Towne Lodge at 248 2nd Ave W is 0.42 miles from Jones Motel, about nine minutes on foot, measured on the real sidewalk network on September 1, 2026. That building has singles and doubles. If the cheaper room is what you came here for, that is where to call about it, on the same phone number.

Our nightly rate is $65 for a single and $75 for a double. Our single and double rooms nearby are back by the night, subject to availability. At our other addresses, a week in a single is $250, which is $35.71 a day, paid weekly, and a double is $275, which is $39.29 a day, paid weekly, both well under our nightly rate; a longer stay is priced at that same daily rate, and a single never costs more than $1,000 for up to 30 days.

The studio has no nightly rate: it is $325 a week, which is $46.43 a day, paid weekly, and a stay longer than a week is priced at that same daily rate. Two weeks is $650.

If you want a studio and this building does not suit, Deluxe Motor Lodge at 761 Main Ave W is 0.09 miles away, roughly two minutes on foot. It is a studio only building as well, and its studio is the same $325 a week.

The deposit, and what booking actually is

The deposit depends on the room. On some rooms it is one week's rent at move in. On others there is none. We are not printing a single figure here, because a flat number on a web page would be wrong for somebody who read it. Ask about the specific room when you call and you will get a straight answer: (208) 733-2010.

No lease. No credit check. Worth saying plainly that this is not a point of difference in this town. Canyon Springs and Blue Lakes Inn both state no credit checks in their own FAQs, as of September 2, 2026. It is simply a thing you should know before you spend a day worrying about it.

None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct: each property takes bookings on its own site, or by phone. Se Habla Espanol. New Leaf Properties has been running motels in this town since 2005.

Who a weekly studio downtown suits

Some measured drive times from this address, routed on the road network on September 1, 2026.

  • Visiting somebody at the hospital. St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is 2.9 miles out, about 7 minutes by car. A fixed weekly price is one bill to think about when you do not know how long you are staying.
  • Working a job in town. Chobani is 4.0 miles and about 8 minutes. Amalgamated Sugar is 3.6 miles and about 7 minutes. A trade on a two or three week job pays $325 a week here and $650 for two.
  • A student, or a parent helping one move in. College of Southern Idaho is 1.7 miles and about 4 minutes.
  • Passing through with the family. Shoshone Falls is 5.4 miles and about 10 minutes. Twin Falls City Park and the Twin Falls Public Library are both 0.8 miles and about 2 minutes. Magic Valley Regional Airport is 5.9 miles and about 13 minutes. Magic Valley Mall is 3.7 miles and about 8 minutes.
  • Between places to live. A week at a time, no lease, no credit check. That is the arrangement on offer here.

On foot from the door, Sweet T's Cupcakery is a minute at 0.06 miles, Norm's Cafe three minutes at 0.14 miles, Swensen's Magic Market six minutes at 0.29 miles, The Human Bean six minutes, McDonald's seven minutes at 0.31 miles, and Lincoln Elementary School three minutes at 0.14 miles. Twelve places to eat sit inside a walk, along with twelve groceries or corner stores and twelve banks, ATMs or money transfer counters. Columbia Bank is ten minutes.

Laundry takes longer on foot than most errands from this door, and you should know that before you book. The nearest laundromat we can name is Magic Suds Addison, 27 minutes on foot at 1.27 miles. The nearest pharmacy we can name is Walgreens, 28 minutes at 1.29 miles. For both of those, plan on driving or on a ride.

Other places to stay near 660 Main Ave N

If this building is not the right fit, these are the closest alternatives we can name, with the distance measured rather than guessed.

  • The Fillmore Inn, a bed and breakfast at 102 Fillmore St. 0.72 miles, about 15 minutes on foot.
  • Capri Motel, 1341 Kimberly Rd. 1.46 miles, about 3 minutes by car.
  • Falls Crossing at 122 Falls Ave W, 1.48 miles and about 3 minutes by car. Apartments rather than a motel, so a different sort of arrangement.
  • Two RV parks sit inside two miles of this door, the nearer of the two a nine minute walk.

One thing about this market is worth stating plainly. Three lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish no rate anywhere, because they have no working website. Capri Motel is one of them. The domain a directory carries for it is not registered at all, and the regional tourism board still links that dead address. A fourth, SureStay by Best Western, has a working site and publishes no weekly rate on it. None of that is a comment on their rooms, which may be perfectly good. It means the only way to find out what those places charge is to phone them, and it is why the table above holds four businesses rather than the whole town.

Questions people ask

There is no nightly rate at this address. The studio is the only room type here and it is $325 a week. Our single and double rooms nearby are back by the night, subject to availability. The nearest building with singles is Old Towne Lodge at 248 2nd Ave W, about nine minutes on foot from this door, at $65 a night before 8% tax ($70.20 with tax), or $250 a week.

No. Canyon Springs Extended Stay advertises As low as $295 a week on its own site, read September 23, 2026, which is $30 under this studio. The lowest weekly rate published in Twin Falls that day was our own $250 single, and that room is at our other properties, not at 660 Main Ave N.

It depends on the room. On some rooms it is one week's rent at move in. On others there is none. We do not publish a single figure because it would be wrong for somebody. Call (208) 733-2010 and ask about the specific room.

Neither. No lease and no credit check. Canyon Springs and Blue Lakes Inn also state no credit checks in their FAQs, read again on September 23, 2026, so it is common in this part of the market rather than something unusual to us.

None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct: each property takes bookings on its own site, or by phone.

On the week, slightly. Their booking engine quoted $46 a night as a weekly rate with a 7-night minimum for a September 23, 2026 check in, which comes to $322 for the week, $3 under our $325 studio and $72 over a New Leaf single at $250, at our other addresses. Their nightly numbers are live engine quotes rather than a rack rate: $70 at the member rate for a September 23, 2026 check in. Chain prices move daily.

Because their site carries both at once. On September 23, 2026 the body copy and the FAQ said As low as $480 a week while every page title and meta description said As Low As $360/Week, with $360 appearing nowhere in the visible copy. $360 is the figure that turns up in a search result. Both were live, so we are citing both.

St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is 2.9 miles from this address, about 7 minutes by car, measured on September 1, 2026.

The studio at this address has no nightly rate at all: it is $325 a week, which is $46.43 a day, paid weekly, and a stay longer than a week is priced at that same daily rate.

Se Habla Espanol. Call (208) 733-2010.

Not in a studio: the studio is $325 a week, sold by the week, with no nightly rate. Our single and double rooms nearby are back by the night, subject to availability, at $65 for a single and $75 for a double, before 8% tax ($70.20 or $81.00 with tax). The $35.71 a day figure is the $250 week, paid weekly over seven paid nights, not a one night price.

250 / 7 = 35.714285..., which is $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. The double at $275 a week is 275 / 7 = $39.29 a day. Read again on September 23, 2026, $250 was still the lowest of the weekly rates published by Twin Falls lodging businesses that publish one for their Twin Falls location.

Up to 30 days per reservation. A single is $1,000 for a stay of up to 30 days. It is a flat price for the stay, so it works out to $33.33 a day only if you use the full thirty, and more per day on a shorter stay. It is available at the nine addresses that have a single. There is no up to 30 days rate for the double or the studio. Idaho law can create a tenancy once a stay runs 30 continuous days, which is why every reservation stops there.

By the week, on the single: $35.71 a day against $42.14 at Canyon Springs, $46.00 at Motel 6 and $51.43 or $68.57 at Blue Lakes Inn, from the rates each of them publishes for its Twin Falls location, read September 23, 2026. Canyon Springs Extended Stay does not rent by the day or night, only by the week, at $295 a week, according to its own FAQ and site; its FAQ also lists a $1,100 month. Our single and double rooms nearby are back by the night, subject to availability. Our studio at $325 a week is above Canyon Springs at $295 and above the $322 week Motel 6's booking engine quoted for a September 23 check in, and below both Blue Lakes Inn figures.

A single is at nine of our twelve addresses, a double at eight, a studio at nine. Three addresses sell a studio only, and Twin Falls Motel at 2152 Kimberly Rd sells a single only. Book on that property's own site; the twelve booking pages are listed at tfrooms.com/locations.html. Or call (208) 733-2010 and we will tell you which address has your room type open.

No. That figure is a weekly rate divided by seven, and it takes seven paid nights. One night in a single is $65 (a double $75), subject to availability, before 8% tax, at our buildings with singles and doubles. The studio is booked by the week only and has no nightly price.

No. Our studio is $325 a week, which is $30 above Canyon Springs' $295 week and $3 above the $322 week that Motel 6's booking engine quoted for a September 23, 2026 check in. The single at $250 a week and the double at $275 are the two that come in under both. Motel 6's booking engine quoted $46 a night with a 7-night minimum for that check in, which is $322 for the week. Canyon Springs Extended Stay does not rent by the day or night, only by the week, at $295 a week, according to its own FAQ and site; its FAQ also lists a $1,100 month. Both were read September 23, 2026.
